2009-2010 YEAR-LONG MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP MEMBERSHIP GOAL 100 NEW MEMBERS   Every new member you sign up & send in an application for earns you $10 ! Contest begins September 7, 2009 and ends June 3, 2010 Both the new member and you must sign at the bottom of each application. For your records, please keep a list of each applicant name that you send in. Do not keep a copy of the actual application because it contains personal information.
