2007-2008 SCHOOL YEAR First Walk-Through

Here is the summary report from our First Walk-Through Survey, conducted in mid-October, 2007.  Despite the narrow response window, 298 members quickly responded.

The purpose of the survey was to get a snap-shot of this new school year from the perspective of our members. Your A-TSTA leaders have been hearing from many of you already, and this survey was designed to give members an opportunity to voice their viewpoints on how these issues have been affecting them. As president, I also wanted some data to back up my Presentation on Oct. 16 to the superintendent and Board of Trustees.

We are publishing these results to you for your information. You may print the survey results and share on your campuses, person to person, if you wish. Use the moment to sign non-members up. Show them how A-TSTA works on behalf of its members. Remember the simple formula NUMBERS = POWER. The more members we have, the stronger our positions when dealing with administration!  But, be certain to follow district AUP and do not forward email through the district server to non-members or during instructional time.
